Flame Arrestor

Flame arrester is a device that enables passing of gas through it, but prevents spreading of a flame. Two variants available under this category are in line and end of line flame arresters. The former type is designed and developed for preventing the spreading of explosion within a pipeline, while the latter works to percent an atmospheric explosion from entering an enclosure. The main benefits of using this device is safety, as it stops the spread of open fire, prevents ignition of potentially explosive elements, and limits the spread of explosion. The flame arrester is required to be used on many systems and equipment, like fuel gas pipeline, safety storage cabinets, marine inboard engines, etc.
